Each delegate to the convention receives a copy of the official convention program. Advertising space in the catalog is an effective way to reach a wide sales market. Because the delegates will be leafing through the program continuously during the convention, the constant exposure to the advertising will provide excellent benefits for those who place copy in the publication. For those products and services that are new to the market, an ad in the official program will insure the best possible coverage. In addition to the convention delegates receiving programs, NAEA also circulates an additional 1,000-1,500 programs after the convention to elementary and secondary art educators to promote the following year’s convention. The program is an 8 1/2" x 11" perfect-bound book with a four-color cover and is approximately 175 pages.
Materials may be submitted on zip disk or electronically. TIF or EPS files must include all fonts and illustrations when appropriate. All ads and halftones must be prepared for 133 line screen printing. Digital files must be the same size as final ad size.
We are offering 4-C ad space in a special section inside the program. Cover stock is 12 pt. offset white and text is 60 lb. offset white.
