Prepaid Orders All orders under $75 must include payment. All orders from bookstores must be prepaid.
Invoiced Orders Orders over $75 may be invoiced and must be accompanied by a purchase order. Payment is due upon receipt.
Returns
Returns are not accepted from bookstores or universities. NAEA accepts other returns made within 30 days from date of delivery and will pay return shipping if the return is a result of our error. Returned items must be received in resalable condition. Sale items are not returnable and shrink-wrapped items may not be returned if the shrink-wrap has been removed. To return merchandise, indicate the reason for return on a copy of the invoice or publications order form. Enclose the document with your return and ship via a traceable method to: Publication Returns, NAEA, 1916 Association Drive, Reston, VA 20191-1590.
